30-Day Cancellation Notice

You will receive a list of all of your passwords we have on record. Your backup data, documentation, passwords and files will be deleted and not recoverable upon your cancellation date. You must understand this cannot be undone.

Cancellation Agreement

I have contracted with Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc for managed services.

I am requesting that my account be canceled within thirty (30) days of the date specified below, in accordance with Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc. Terms of Service. I understand that I am responsible for any cancellation fees if my account is not within 30 days of its anniversary date.

In order to process any cancellations, your account must be current, and any unpaid balances must be paid in full. You agree that you do not have any open or unpaid invoices on your account. If you your account balance is not paid in full prior to your cancellation date, your cancellation request will be denied.

Client agrees to pay a flat offboarding fee of $950, which covers removal of service provider tools, transfer of documentation, and coordination with the Client’s new vendors. Example: Coordinating removing antivirus at the same time as new antivirus deployment to prevent gaps in coverage. If the Client does not designate a successor vendor, all service provider tools will be removed and services terminated on the final day of the agreement. I am responsible for a $950 payment (plus applicable taxes) in accordance with Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc. Terms of Service. to complete transfer of all applicable documentation, passwords, licensing and/or other information. This includes time consulting and coordinating with new vendor. I understand that if I elected to have Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc work with named provider on the transfer that it is my responsibility to comply with their requests during this transfer process and that I am not entitled to a refund of this transfer amount. I further understand upon termination date, all documentation and data will be destroyed and will not be recoverable.

All payments I have made to Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc. were authorized and the work performed by Sweetwater Technology Services, Inc related to those payments was satisfactory.
