If you are out of town or have trouble and we cannot get to you, we can remote in to your computer and fix it as long as you have a high-speed internet connection.

Simple snipets of code or major programming scripts and executables are available, but may include research fees if you need something that is requires knowledge of your business. We will gladly meet with you and discuss time estimates and costs adjustments if necessary.

We typically work Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Requests needed after hours which are unscheduled or require immediate attention during business hours may be subject to an unscheduled support fee.
